With the encouragement of his peers, Mr. Lai took this risk and opportunity to establish Berjaya Buildcon in 2009. The support of his network of architects and engineers were gained by his trust for achieving excellent quality results from countless tendered projects.
As a construction manager for the past decade, he gained an immense confidence in his skills by handling projects from the scratch to complete well-developed furnished sets. The majority of his project works range from residential, specializing in landed properties as well as commercial sectors and in fact, 80% were recommended through referrals and regular clients.
Mr. Lai is always satisfied upon the completion each project and always, he will quote: “Always treat every project like it’s your own and they will blossom through the hard work and effort given.”

The building project was scheduled to be completed within one year. However, Mr. Lai’s firm successfully completed the project, to my satisfaction, even before the year was up!
